I have been working as a Food Stylist, Recipe Developer and Food Writer for over 20 years, and as a Registered Nutritionist for the past 10, after gaining a MSc in Nutrition.

As well as loving all aspects of working with food, I am hugely active and compete internationally in rowing and endurance cycling.
I also make Bean to Bar Chocolate under the brand name JOYOUS (www.joyouschocolate.co.uk) and am available for Chocolate Tastings. I am a certified chocolate taster (Level 3 IICCT).
