Guild member Shirley Booth, who is also President and Founder of the British Sake Association, tells us about a Chinese New Year Dinner,  held at Sanjugo, in London on Monday 7 February.

The dinner (accompanied by a selection of premium sakes, selected by fellow Guild member Marie Cheong-Thong) was prepared by celebrated supper club host Taipo Wong. Chef Taipo is much in demand as a private chef, and has a wealth of experience in top kitchens all over the world (executive chef at Sushi Samba and head chef at Annabels; as well as working in Monte Carlo, Geneva, Hong Kong etc).

 Chef Taipo is also offering, separately, a Hong Kong style Poon Choy Treasure Pot dinner for delivery or collection.
