During these private workshops, Chef Daniele Rossi and Angelo Coassin will explore a wide range of produce and lead you through an immersive cooking demonstration featuring two special recipes: Polpettine filanti di spinaci e Asiago con salsa ai peperoncini di fiume (Mini ricotta balls with spinach and melted Asiago cheese with a sauce of sweet green peppers) and Fusilloni crema di fagiolini e rucola con pane croccate al lime e ricotta salata (Fusilloni green bean and rocket cream with lime-scented crispy bread and salted ricotta).

We are offering two workshops for your convenience. Please register for the time of your choice.

About Chef Daniele Rossi

Daniele Rossi showed his passion for cooking at a young age in his home in Florence, cooking with his mother and grandmother, and then worked in international and Michelin-starred restaurant kitchens. Six years ago, he launched his social media profiles to share his vision of cooking modern and refined food firmly rooted in tradition and the use of carefully selected raw materials. In 2022, he published his first cookbook “A Chef for a Friend” which aims to help people cook at home with the advice of a professional chef.

About Chef Angelo Coassin

Angelo Coassin detto “Bello” is a cook, professional dancer and an actor. He launched his social media channels @cookingwithbello during the pandemic to share his passion for Italian cuisine. In 2021 he published an eBook “Bello’s sexy pasta”, which became so popular in the UK that Angelo was invited to be a guest on many TV shows and festivals to teach his most successful recipes. “Mamma mia!”, as Angelo says in his videos, an Italian in London who exports traditional Italian home-cooking in English, making it simple and easy to understand.
