Chai-Chai-Cha
’My original idea here was simply to show hands clasped around a warming cup of spicy chai latte, to brighten up a cold November day. Once I started to draw the frothy chai being poured in, that is when the drawing began to erupt, with chai spilling over the edge and spices flying hither and thither. It was fun to try and capture all the swirling around and playfulness, and made me think of the Cha-Cha-Cha.’
