‘The Guild of Food Writers has become a wonderfully diverse, multicultural group, with so many interesting countries and cultures now being represented from its ever expanding membership. The egg-based recipe titles I wrote around the border and the patterns drawn on the eggs were my attempt to reflect and celebrate a very small part of that.’
