Rhubarb, Rhubarb, Rhubarb
‘I was preparing a bunch of early spring rhubarb in my favourite way – by laying chunky slices of it onto a baking sheet, flicking them with water, then sprinkling with sugar ready for roasting. The blushing pinkness of the rhubarb against the flecks of sparkling white sugar looked so pretty before it went in the oven, that I took a photo and couldn’t resist using the image later as a reference to draw from.’
