The Ultimate Summer Equation
‘While wondering how to depict a cream tea in a different way, I came across two food photos I had taken for a scone feature Orlando Murrin had written. In the case of the drawing, it became cream + jam + scone = a summer cream tea. I hung out the bunting – and the scene was set for the July newsletter. Apologies to anyone from Cornwall who may add this equation up in a different sequence.’
