I am a 40 something mother of three, who's life completely changed after winning the Cake Club Competition on ITV's Lorraine Show with my original cake recipe of a Chocolate and Banana Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting.
I am the author of Miracle Mug Cakes and Other Cheat’s Bakes (Ryland Peters and Small) and also created my own internationally sold range of baking kits, Bake With Suzy. Over the years, I have collaborated with major brands including Maltesers (for Comic Relief), Nature Valley, Café Direct, Renshaw and Taylor & Colledge, as well as consulting with food companies on recipe development, flavour trends, and social media strategy.
A regular face at food festivals and events across the UK, I am an experienced demonstrator, host, and compere. On screen, I am a kitchen expert for Must Have Ideas TV, where I demonstrate useful kitchen and cooking solutions on their hugely successful TV Channel. Beyond my culinary work, I am a proud ambassador for Cruse Bereavement Support.
I live in London with my husband, three children, and dog Buster. Whether I am predicting the next big food trend, judging for the prestigious Great Taste Awards, or simply hunting down the spiciest crisps, I continue to share my passion for food with warmth, humour, and creativity.
