I have created and run hari.ghotra.co.uk which is the biggest digital Indian food platform in the UK. As well as creating content for my social channels, I have just finished my third recipe book called 'Indian for Everyone' which launches in October 2022. I am also the Food and Beverage manager for Virgin Atlantic and look after the onboard food proposition from all our global catering teams. This involves designing menus, working with suppliers to get the right products on board and developing the food proposition for the business.
