Anna Higham

I have been a pastry chef in London for the last 10 years starting in the Gordon Ramsay Group before moving to NYC then most notably spending 5 years at Lyles restaurant as Head of Pastry as well as designing the bakery programme when Lyles opened Flor. For the last two years I have been Executive Pastry Chef at The River Cafe. I have just published my first cookbook, The Last Bite, with DK which came out in May this year It is a guide to cooking seasonally driven desserts through the year with over 150 recipes and techniques. It is very much the culmination of my decade of experience making desserts in some of the countries finest restaurants.
