Charlotte Pike is a food and drink expert with over a decade of experience. Her work includes writing, teaching, broadcasting and consulting. She received an MBE in 2024 for services to food writing and food education. Charlotte is the author of six cookery books which have won and been shortlisted for leading International and UK based book awards. Charlotte is a member of The Guild of Food Writers and was its Vice Chair and subsequently Chair from 2017-2022. She writes a popular and well-subscribed Substack newsletter, Into the Kitchen with Charlotte Pike. Charlotte is a is a graduate of the Ballymaloe Certificate Course and is a Chef Ambassador for Slow Food in the UK. She previously worked as an International Private Chef to many a famous face around the world. Charlotte can be found talking about food and drink on the radio, in podcast series and runs a food consultancy, advising start ups and existing brands on NPD, range reviews. Charlotte lives in the English countryside, and is passionate about great food and drink made using the best seasonal and local ingredients.
