I have been a Registered Nutritionist for over 30 years working in public health including writing scores of nutrition resources and recipe booklets for projects whilst running my own freelance Nutrition business, ZG Nutrition, alongside. I now work exclusively freelance, developing healthy recipes for organisations such as Kids Fruit, Veg Power and the World Cancer Research Fund. I am also an experienced nutrition writer and have written for Nutrition Scotland, The Academic Woman magazine and Sustain. I regularly write my own blogs and am experienced at media work, having appeared on Radio 2, Woman's Hour on Radio 4, LBC, ITV and in national and local press. I particularly enjoy creating recipes which are healthy but use as few ingredients as possible so that they are as accessible to everyone as can be. I love to write about food and health, trying to convey the scientific information in an understandable way. I am also passionate about supporting local produce, developing my own infographics to celebrate UK produce every month.
