Victoria Glass

Although I studied English at university I started out as an actress not a writer. I have always been a very keen cook and love the ceremony of gathering a crowd of friends to feed but I didn't get into food writing until my late twenties. In the last 10 years I have published six books written for various print and online media taught at cookery schools founded a boutique cake company with clients including The Princes' Trust and Miranda Hart and I was the first Gastronomic Writer in Residence at The Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre in 2015.
