I have been running Good Grain Bakery for over 8 years, and I have successfully grown the business from a my home kitchen to a commercial bakery and supply retailers as well as restaurants. I have also developed recipes and n Business Development Manager for two and a half years, where I secured contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers, and increased the revenue and profitability of the company. I have a strong knowledge of the vegan and gluten-free market, and I constantly research and innovate new products and recipes that meet the needs and preferences of my customers. I am committed to providing high-quality, delicious, and healthy free from baked goods that are ethical, sustainable, and inclusive.
