My first job was on Golden Hands, a craft magazine with its office in the heart of Soho. Then in 1972, Covent Garden was still a fruit, veg and flower market and home to many food photographers. Since then, worked on Supercook, Carriers Kitchen. Worked and lived in New York on American food mag. Then BBC Good Food, Woman & Home, Delicious, Editor Asda Magazine.
