Kristen Frederickson

I am an American cook living in London with precious dual citizenship. A former art history professor and gallery director, I've written several cookbooks, including "Tonight at 7.30: One Family's Life at the Table," "Second Helpings: More Tonight at 7.30, and two charitable cookbooks, one for the food surplus charity City Harvest and another for the food surplus charity Plan Zheroes. I am working on Volume Three of my personal cookbooks, entitled "Third Act: Always Tonight at 7.30." I'm an administrator of the very popular Facebook Forum belonging to the Guild, an excellent source for information about our food world.
