Kathryn Hawkins

Kathryn Hawkins is an experienced home economist. She has been writing about food and creating recipes for 30 years. Alongside the writing, Kathryn is a food stylist and prepares food for photographs in magazines, books, advertising and food packaging, and on websites and tv. Based in Perthshire, she travels all over the UK and beyond for her work. Kathryn teaches and demonstrates on a variety of cookery subjects. She is a regular contributor to the cookery pages of My Weekly magazine, and has over 20 cookery books to her name.

She has a passion for all aspects of baking, and in her spare time grows her own fruit and vegetables, and makes her own jams and preserves. She is also a blogger and publishes her own blog posts every week.
