Kimiko Barber

Promoting Japanese food and cooking has been my principal aim and passion. Compare to the early 1970's when I first arrived in Britain as a school girl, Japanese food has gained international recognition and become a popular dining choice but still less so in home kitchens. Demystifying Japanese food and cooking and making the cuisine part of the daily diet is what keeps me striding forward.
