I am a food scientist, nutritionist, and Cookery teacher. In 2010 I founded The Cooking Academy, a cookery school based in London and Hertfordshire, dedicated to teaching from a nutritional and wellness perspective. I am a published author of the book "A Cupboard Full of Spices" published in 2018. I am currently looking to publish my second book.
