Interested in cooking from an early age. I qualified with a City and Guilds Diploma in Professional Catering in 2005.
With experience broadcasting on radio, demonstrating and talking about food and ingredients. I founded a food festival focused on local food and drink producers in 2011.
I design cookery courses, love to share my passion for cooking with students.
I develop and design menus for clients utilising the wealth of local ingredients available.
I am a presenter on the Sunshine Radio Isle of Wight, at St Marys Hospital with my "Music and Food" show, a collection of some of my favourite music and some recipes as well! You can listen to this on the Internet through TuneIn. Just ask your smart speaker to play it for you every Thursday at 3pm.
I have a podcast - FoodandMusicIOW - which is about the producers and hospitality sector on the Isle of Wight! It is available on Spotify, Apple, Google and Audible, and other platforms.
