I am a home cook turned chef. I cooked for Heston Blumenthal on Crazy Delicious on Netflix and this began my journey. I am a protest and food photographer and now document my heritage through food and my storytelling narrative of the wonderful African diaspora and influences that defined how I cook from the markets and home kitchens of Handsworth, Birmingham. I passionately evoke memories through photography and words linking heritage through all I do. Taste is everything using simple ingredients that taste and look like the grandeur of the streets.
