I am a recipe developer, chef , chef compère, demonstrative chef and blogger. I help food lovers; have more fun in cooking to improve their cooking and dining experience.
I am a specialist in Oriental food and love promoting how easy Thai food can be with sustainability in mind.
I launched www.thaifoodmadeeasy.com in late 2017.
I decided to turn my passion of food into “a small business that does well”.
By the way, my name is Marni Xuto, a professional hobbyist and reluctant hedonist. There is no glossy marble worktop in my kitchen, but it has definitely perfected many delicious Thai inspired recipes for many food brands/products.

-In summer of 2021, I worked as a compère, demonstration chef for Great British Food Festival, Yorkshire Dales Food and Drinks Festival and Great Yorkshire Show.
