Laura Billington

I am the Content Creator and Recipe Developer for Snowdonia Cheese Co., specialising in all things cheese and grazing. My journey began with Graze Cheshire, a business I founded in June 2020 during the global pandemic. Within 18 months, I had written a cookbook, appeared in various magazines and newspapers, and started working regularly with major brands.

As a creative, innovative trendsetter and published author of Inspired Grazing: Cheese Boards and Sharing Plates for All Seasons, I bring passion and expertise to every project. My cookbook became the fastest-selling title from my publisher, Meze Publishing, selling out within four months and now in its second print run (February 2022).

Now a full-time food writer, stylist, and trend spotter, I also teach cheeseboard masterclasses—both in person and remotely—and deliver live demonstrations on how to create the perfect grazing board.

I also have a monthly column in Cheshire Living Magazine, and my work has appeared on TV, including The Real Housewives of Cheshire. Alongside this, I write my own blog and take on ad-hoc freelance projects.
