Emily Chung

I am one half of the "Rangoon Sisters" and have been hosting Burmese supper clubs since 2013, raising money for various charities supporting Myanmar. Our cookbook, "The Rangoon Sisters Cookbook" was published in July 2020, featuring in many top books of 2020 lists and was shortlisted for the Jane Grigson Award and the Best Debut Cookbook in the Fortnum and Mason Awards 2021. We have written recipes for BBC Good Food, Olive Magazine, Waitrose Food and Ocado magazine. We have hosted cookery classes and food demonstrations (at Meatopia). In my day job I am a NHS doctor working full time in sexual health.
