In my current role I'm the Head of Food for a recipe food app, called Plate Up (it turns recipes into grocery shops and customers then check out with their preferred supermarket using the app). I look after creating easy, comforting recipes and produce recipe content including images and videos.
I wrote a recipe column called The London Lunchbox for the Evening Standard for 3.5 years.
