A former chef, I am a freelance food writer, recipe developer, food stylist and supper club host. I have been home economist for Landscape magazine for 10 years, writing and testing 16 recipes for the publication each month. I have written and/or food styled for Olive magazine, Delicious magazine, Woman's Weekly, Good Food Channel, Harrods' magazine, LoveFood.com and Feast. I have co-written and written three books on food.
