Liberty Mendez

After graduating a 3 year Professional Chef Diploma course at Westminster Kingsway College, specialising in pastry, I went to work as a pastry chef at the House of Commons. Following this I worked as a Recipe Developer and Food Content Creator at BBC Good Food where she wrote recipes, food styled and presented shows. I'm now a freelance recipe writer, food stylist and ghost writer and had my own cookbook, I'll Bake, published by Pavilion in August 2023.
