I'm Jane from Jane's Patisserie and I have always had a passion for food. I started my blog about 10 years ago with the aim of getting as many people in the kitchen as possible with easy and accessible recipes for all skill levels. I trained at Ashburton chefs academy so I could understand food more, and then developed into recipe writing and research. I have published three number one Sunday Times bestselling cook books and I'm soon to publish my fourth. I am genuinely just food obsessed and adore creating more and more
