I have written my own website foodieexplorers.co.uk since 2007. Starting out showcasing Glasgow and moving on to visiting worldwide destinations. I am the food and travel editor for SNACK magazine (snackmag.co.uk) which is an offline and online magazine. Here I write recipes, foodie news, reviews and before covid travel articles which also highlighted food and drink destinations. In 2018 I won the "Most dedicated blogger" award in The Scotsman Food and Drink Awards. I previously was a PA before becoming a full-time writer.
My website has a variety of foodie related materials from recipes, restaurant reviews, product reviews, guides to where to eat in various cities.
