Currently I work as a Food Editor for Yours magazine part of the Bauer Media group. I have a love of developing simple recipes and teach all ages from my bijou cookery school in my tiny kitchen in Surrey. As an Approved Activity Provider for the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme I have developed 3 online courses aimed at increasing skill and confidence in the home kitchen. I am an occasional tutor at Bread Ahead. Previously I have worked in secondary schools and headed up an exam board project to video key skills for the new Food and Nutrition GCSE. In my local area I also facilitate cookery workshops for primary children.

I work as the Food Editor for Yours Magazine part of Baeur Media and producing text, recipes and occasional images I also have paid work on the digital side of the magazine presenting Lives on Instagram. I run regular cooking workshops, online and cooking courses.
