I won Channel 4’s ‘The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver’. My book Dominique’s Kitchen, published by Penguin Michael Joseph, became a number 1 Sunday Times bestseller. I contribute recipes to magazines such as BBC Good Food, Ocado Life and Sainsbury’s and am the founder of ‘The Woolf’s Kitchen’ - a range of Asian sauces, chilli oils and pastes inspired by those my Thai auntie used to make.
