I am a food writer, stylist and editor, and trained Home Economist. My early years I worked with Marshall Cavendish on Carriers Kitchen. Plus other part works working on making them compatible for America. I also freelanced at Woman's Own and other magazines. I was Food editor on Prima Magazine and then Marie-Claire Magazine. I have written over 9 books. Fish Cookery published for Sainsbury. Good Fast Food Woodhead Faulkner for Sainsbury. Flavouring with: Olive oil, vinegar, mustard, ginger, chillies,herbs. Published by Ryland, Peters and Small. Healthy Eating published by Good Housekeeping Teatime published by Ryland, Peters and Small. I then worked on the Saturday Telegraph Magazine developing their food pages. Grazia Magazine. The Sunday Times Magazine and Style Magazine.
