Though a former chef, I have been a food writer, recipe developer and photographer for over 20 years and the author of 4 food books - including the award-winning More Than Yorkshire Puddings and was voted one of the top 50 food writers in the UK. I have written for leading magazines, including Waitrose Food Illustrated, Olive, the New York Times Company and National Geographic Food. I also have an enviable job as a restaurant critic for the Yorkshire Post Saturday Magazine and an expert product writer for BBC Good Food and JPI media - so I am used to delivering high-quality content, often to tight deadlines.
