Sam is a freelance food and health writer and author of the Sunday Times bestseller The Midlife Kitchen, which she co-wrote with fellow food writer and journalist Mimi Spencer. She has since published two further books, The Midlife Method (2020) and Supercharge Your Diet (2022). Sam is also a qualified oenologist (DipWSET) and was formerly a wine writer, buyer, and judge. Sam currently lives in Bath and has a fortnightly healthy eating column in the Daily Telegraph.
