I'm the Food Editor of Waitrose & Partners Food magazine. A full-time role, which involves overseeing all the recipe content in the magazine. I'm involved with recipe writing, recipe testing, commissioning, directing photo shoots, feature writing, proofreading and reviewing restaurants. I do a little freelancing recipe writing work too but most of my time is taken up on the magazine.
I work on all areas of food as the magazine covers broad topics but am especially interested in cooking for a healthy lifestyle and nutrition, and cooking with seasonal ingredients and foraging.
