Event Information

‘Feel Energised and Sleep Like a Baby’
A GFW event with award-winning registered nutritional therapist and Guild member Katharine Tate (The Food Teacher™)

Low energy levels and regular interrupted sleep can have a huge impact on our mood, cognition, overall health and wellbeing. By understanding key foods and lifestyle factors, which can increase or deplete energy and support sleep we can begin to reflect on our individual needs and implement some change which may support better quality sleep and
optimal energy levels throughout the day.

Come along to understand foods to focus on and foods to reduce/avoid to help restore better balance.

During this event, Katharine will talk through food and lifestyle factors, which may improve energy levels and sleep.

Topics will include:

  • Energy consumers
  • Maximising energy
  • Hormonal balance
  • Stressors
  • Quality Sleep
  • Digestion
  • Lifestyle
