A food writer, photographer, award-winning food producer and founder of Our Isles (ourisles.co.uk). I am a real advocate for food provenance and those small-scale food producers associated with it. I write and photograph on food & drink and regenerative farming, having just spent the last two years in the world of British artisan cheese, writing a book with Quadrille Publishers (out in Spring 2022). I work and write for the Sustainable Food Trust, and I have worked with the following organisations on narrating food stories: Pasture-Fed Livestock Association, Farms to Feed Us and Pipers Farm.
