I was Executive Editor of Confidentials for four years. This is a Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool-based digital lifestyle magazine with a strong focus on food and drink. I have been writing honest, critical and (I hope) entertaining restaurant reviews for four years. I have also written hundreds of articles on food and drink in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool as well as a number of travel pieces - an area of writing I wish to explore more. I have a lifelong obsession with food and how it interweaves with culture. I am also a WSET level 3 qualified wine nerd and I teach at a local wine school. I'd love to write more about wine.
