I am Nahed Alfar; a British-Jordanian- Palestinian interpreter and translator who is passionate about food traditions and stories. I cook and write recipes from family traditions to connect to my roots and to pass that connection on to my children. My recipes have been featured in “The Independent” “Middle East Eye” “ The Mediterranean Magazine” “Shawati Magazine” “Your Lebanon” and the book “Craving Palestine”.
