Charlotte Pike is a food and drink expert with over a decade of experience. Her work includes writing, teaching, broadcasting and consulting. Charlotte is the author of five cookery books which have won and been shortlisted for leading International and UK based book awards. Charlotte is a member of The Guild of Food Writers and was its Vice Chair and subsequently Chair from 2017-2022. She writes a popular and well-subscribed Substack newsletter and is launching a second podcast in Spring 2023. As one of the UK’s leading independent cookery teachers, Charlotte teaches classes at schools around the UK as an Executive Chef Tutor. She is also Founder and Director of Field & Fork School, a food education social enterprise. Charlotte is a is a graduate of the Ballymaloe Certificate Course and is a Chef Ambassador for Slow Food in the UK. She previously worked as an International Private Chef to many a famous face around the world. Charlotte can be found talking about food and drink on the radio, in podcast series and runs a food consultancy, advising start ups and existing brands on NPD, range reviews. Charlotte lives in the English countryside, and is passionate about great food and drink made using the best seasonal and local ingredients.
