Lisa Fearn

1n 2008 I established a small cookery school The Pumpkin Patch to offer cookery workshops for children, teenagers and adults in our farmhouse kitchen. We focused on GYO, family cooking and healthy eating. I am a regular cook on Wales' S4C daytime 'Prynhawn Da' TV programme and Radio Wales and Cymru. Pre-covid I enjoyed demonstrating at London’s famous Borough Market, and I love running workshops encouraging families to get cooking together. I published my first cookery book Blas / Taste, celebrating family and food in 2016, and Dathlu / Celebrate in Nov 2018, both by Gomer Press. I opened a new purpose-built cookery school called ‘Y Sied’ (The Shed - It’s a renovated cowshed) in 2019 and Y Sied Goffi in Carmarthen town centre. I love cooking, writing and business.
