A visiting teacher for Leiths Academy. Taught at Leiths School of Food and Wine 1991-2000. Taught for Leiths Academy 2000 - 2013. Taught sixth formers in secondary schools the Leiths Basic Certificate 2013-2020. Co-author of two cookery books, contributed to many others. Written recipes for House and Garden and various national newspapers. Performed cookery demonstrations on TV and at Fairs around the UK. Led a cookery course in Spain and enjoy private tutoring.
