I am a MasterChef finalist who made the move from Marketing Consultant to food writer in 2022. My main focus is on Scottish flavours and produce and celebrating Scottish food producers. My first cookbook - 'Kith - seasonal Scottish food for family and friends' is released on 18th April 2024. And I'm working on my second cookbook, themed around menus and occasions and feeding those you love. I write regular columns for DC Thomson and Highland News Media titles. I also regularly appear on BBC Radio and am a culinary event host. I work too as a private dining caterer, host supper clubs and make regular food festival appearances.
