I am a farmer producing pedigree beef cattle on 110 acres in Wiltshire. I am also the founder and editor of the children's magazine The YoungStock. I focus on agriculture, sustainability and food production. Regular features include the Produce Explorer which looks into a fruit and vegetable, and a recipe is provided to complement the article. I am passionate about British food. I have three children and two dogs and enjoy reading and open water swimming.
