Food expert for Health & Fitness, Diabetes balance magazine; contributor to many publications including BBC Good Food, Fine Food Digest, Tesco Food Club, Healthy Living, Optimum Nutrition, Express, Sunday Mirror. For clients such as LoveFoodHateWaste I create an expert team to deliver copy, recipes, nutritional analysis, styling, images, camera-ready artwork. Trained at the Savoy, worked with Antonio Carluccio, at Maxims de Paris and in the USA.

Media Commentator on food, health and hospitality, from BBC Politics to US and Asian TV. Expert guest on business and food for Radio 4’s Today and 5 Live. I also love public speaking and frequently present at UK & international conferences, give cookery demos and facilitate or chair debates.

Commercial interests

Consultant and futurologist specialising in food, health and hospitality for multinationals and SMEs. As a food futurist I relish creative brainstorming on global food trends, recipe, menu and product development. Working with major brands alongside marketing, branding and PR teams to predict the next big thing. From scale-ups to start-ups I’ve worked on numerous international launches and brand expansion for restaurants, cafes and F&B products.
