I am a food writer, recipe developer/tester and food stylist with years of experience working with top Michelin-starred chefs, to include Gordon Ramsay, Jason Atherton and Mark Sargeant. With my Asian heritage and European training, I have a wide knowledge of various cuisines and food cultures. In addition to modern British and European fare, I have worked on cookbooks featuring South East Asian, Indian, American and Brazilian food. Temporarily based in Taipei, I am loving the opportunity to immerse myself in the exciting and diverse culinary offerings of Asia.
