My lifelong passion for cooking has led me down many paths. Most recently, I’ve been a restaurant reviewer, food blogger and columnist for print and online publications as well as a recipe consultant working with chefs, cookery book authors and editors. I moved to London from northern California 1 ½ years ago.

Special subjects

I especially love using seasonal ingredients in feature articles and recipes. I also relish the challenge of cooking for those with diet differences due to health or wellness conditions. Exploring London’s burgeoning restaurant scene and writing about it is endlessly exciting and inspiring.

Languages spoken

I speak, read and write French and speak and read a little Italian.

Regular work

I have been writing restaurant reviews for Time Out London and doing evaluations for Service Scan.
