I am a food and travel writer, with a strong interest in local food histories around the world. I also publish a food-focused travel magazine and am writing a forthcoming cookbook with Phaidon Press, focused on traditional British foods.

Special subjects

I have research interests within traditional British foods: Scottish, English, and Welsh, and am furthering my knowledge in these areas for a forthcoming book I am writing with Phaidon Press.
